KL Kids is KawanaLife’s Sunday morning program for primary-aged children. It runs during our Sunday Celebration, during school terms – kids join in with their families at our Sunday Celebration for about 30 minutes before the KL Kids program begins.
In Term 3 our focus is prayer. We’ll not only find out how Jesus taught us to pray, we’ll spend time each week in small group prayer, listening and talking to the Lord together. Based on the Lord’s Prayer as the ideal framework for our own prayer times, we’ll investigate what in our own lives and worlds are really important, and how He wants us to talk about them to Him.
For more information contact the office, or talk to Vonney Buz.
Mainly Music is a great program of songs and play time for pre-school-aged children, their parents and grand-parents. Have fun with the kids, then enjoy morning tea and a time to chat for the adults while the children have free play time. All this takes place in the main auditorium of The Greenhouse, which is a big, open carpeted area.
We take running programmes for children seriously, which is why all our staff are current Blue Card holders for working with children.
Interested? We do have a waiting list, so please contact us to enquire about joining in this fun program.
Love coffee and enjoy a chat too? Then “Coffee and a Chat” and you are a match made in heaven! Each Tuesday from 10am, get together with other coffee lovers and catch up over a cup of your favourite. This is for Lads and Lasses – all are welcome. Meet new people or catch up with old friends, at Coffee And A Chat. Meeting at Urban Espresso in the Lake Kawana Private Hospital complex, Innovation Way, Birtinya.
The KawanaLife Know Your Bible (KYB) ladies’ group meets every week during school terms, to enjoy the study of God’s Word, fellowship, and morning tea.
KYB studies are designed to help women, through personal study and group sharing, to know God’s Word and its message for today.
