Testing plugin updates

Updated askimet antispam, ultiimate member, podcasts and migration. There’s a recaptcha update to run, but it requires some things I don’t think I can do, such as clearing caches and such, so I’ll get David to do that and test afterwards, then we can get it done on the live site.
