To understand ourselves (cont.)

As we wrap up Romans 12 this week, I want to start by saying…

You are not the mistakes you’ve made.
You are a child of God.
You are not the labels that have been put on you.
You are the apple of God’s eye.
You are not the lies the Enemy has tried to sell you.
You are sought after.
You are more than a conqueror.
You are who God says you are.
You are a new creation in Christ.
You are the righteousness of Christ.

Together we are the body of Christ, the Church, a mighty army, a family, a community of faith. Together…
