He will hear from heaven


This Sunday ends a week of prayer with QB. I know I have truly enjoyed it. I loved the challenges and was also very pleased to have had some incredible prayer times. Now, to keep them going.

Our first reading today is 2 Chronicles 7:14:

‘If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.’

  • Let us humble ourselves and repent of things which may restrict God working through us.

  • Praise God for accounts of where God is already blessing and moving through His people to touch the wider community.

  • Cry out to God asking Him to send a revival, and be prepared to let it begin in us.

  • Pray that the brokenness and pain of the COVID-19 crisis will provide fertile ground for the sharing of the gospel, and that God may reap a great harvest.

‘Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.’
